Monday 30 January 2023, at The Ballroom, Aryaduta Menteng, Jakarta, PT Indofarma Tbk has held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS).

This EGMS decided to Confirm the Enforcement of the Regulation of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number: PER-5/MBU/09/2022 concerning Implementation of Risk Management in State-Owned Enterprises and its amendments.

The EGMS also decided on a change in the composition of the Company’s Management, namely the respectful dismissal of Mr. Arief Pramuhanto as the President Director of PT Indofarma Tbk with thanks for his contribution of energy and thoughts while in that position, as well as the appointment of Mr. Agus Heru Darjono as the President Director of PT Indofarma Tbk.
